Welcome to the active variable, A show where we talk to young professionals in the healthcare field or students who are on their way into this industry. Our mission is to bring more attention to these careers whose job it is to take care of others, to be selfishly unselfish and to make this one at-bat of life the best that it can be.
Today, we are going to be having a conversation with Velveth De Leon, she is currently a student pursuing a career in Physical Therapy and stays active by running.
Before we get started with the show I want to take a moment to remind everyone that while the world keeps changing and we adapt to a different lifestyle while this pandemic is going on. We still need to find a way to stay active, eat right, sleep a healthy amount of hours and find time to just sit and think and reflect on our current situation. Personally, I have turned to my creativity to keep me busy, it has allowed me to express myself in ways that are engaging and fun, interestingly enough I often lose track of time. So, I encourage you to take advantage of this time and go back to the days when you were a kid and get back to doing some of the hobbies that you enjoyed back then, who knows, you might come out of this isolation with a new business and passion.
Now let’s get started with the show…
Alright active nation, you are what you put in to your body and mind, you’ve been listening to Velveth with some tips and tricks to continue to build your positive habits and live your wildest dreams. We hope you enjoyed this conversation and we’ll catch you on the next one. Stay Active
